Painting considerations: Dachshunds were originally bred to hunt badgers, so I included a toy badger — a Crufts toy. Her pet name, Maisie, means "pearl", so I added a thin collar with a hanging pearl and a small ® charm — a quiet nod to her registered name, "Trademark".
